Amsterdam Manor Hurricane Policy

In the unlikely event of a hurricane threat on Aruba, all cancellation fees will be waived. Any amount that has already been paid will also be fully refunded.

Early departures:

In the event of an early departure due to a hurricane threat on Aruba, the guest will be only charged those nights actually stayed at the hotel, and no extra fees will be charged for the cancellation of the remaining nights originally booked.

Interruptions:

In the unlikely event that hurricane force winds directly hit Aruba, while you are a guest at the Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort, interrupting the use of our facilities, Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort will offer a voucher for the amount of the interrupted days to be used for a future stay at the Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort. The amount will be for an equivalent room category as originally booked, and must be used within 12 months of the departure date, and is subject to availability and blackout dates. This voucher can only be used when booking directly through our reservations department either via our 800-number or reservations@amsterdammanor.aw.

Hurricane policy does not include prize winners or trip donations of any kind.
